Interestingly age old temples too show the reflection of their belief in Navgrah with the evidence of these Navgrah at the door lintels of temples. According to Temple Architecture, sun is the main source of energy and the time between sun rise and sun set is fragmented into various cones. It is believed that the vastu mandal is square and is called as Vedi. The Nav-graha is prepared on the Vedi and each corner of the vastu mandal, is ruled by different energy and digpal. Ishaan, Indra, Agni,Yum, Nriti, Varun, Vayu, Kuber are considered to be the ashth-digpal ruling each corner of the vedi. At Hadoti, Temples of Badoli, Atru, Chandrabhaga, Dehlanpur, Keshavraipatan, Amvan all showcase the Navgrah along with the deity at the center to which the temple is dedicated.
